478 civilians died and 1,392 were wounded in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine, reported Deputy Healthcare Minister Vasyl Lazoryshynets.
“I can tell that 1,392 people were wounded, including 104 women and 14 children; 478 died, including 30 women and 7 children. They were civilians,” he said at the press conference.
In addition the deputy minister specified that 279 people were taken to the inpatient facilities.
As Capital reported, in the beginning of June Healthcare Minister of Ukraine Oleh Musiy announced that 210 people were taken to the mortuaries, among them there were 14 children.
