As a result of the combats in Luhansk the power line that supplies electricity to the city from Kamennobrodskiy District of the city has been damaged leading to complete power outage in the city.
“Due to the power outage, booster pump stations are in inoperable condition, which is why there may be disruptions in water supplies in certain districts of the city,” informed Luhansk City Council.
At the moment, specialists cannot go to the scene for emergency repair works due to the ongoing combat actions.
