The pilot project on introduction of electronic trading to the system of the public purchases in Ukraine can be launched in December, informed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmytro Shymkiv.
“Everything will depend on the operation speed of the Ukrainian developers. If they can develop the test results by the beginning of December, then we could take advantage of this process and use opportunity of test exploitation during December,” he said at the roundtable in Kyiv.
At that, if the test result is not developed by December, then depending on legislative and budgetary limitations launching the pilot project will begin in 2015, according to the deputy head.
