In Q2 and Q3 2014 the Ukrainian authorities have allocated around UAH 3 bn (US $210 mn) to the companies of coal industry located on the territories occupied by the insurgents in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, said Mustafa Nayyem on his Facebook page. The companies in Donetsk oblast received UAH 1.75 bn (US $120 mn), in Luhansk oblast – UAH 763 mn (53.92 mn).
Nayyem said that he is planning to investigate how “this money was accounted for, who received it, where it went indeed, and which part of it was put into the pockets of peaceful or not very peaceful miners on both sides of the fence”.
He noted that these funds would be enough to pay 450 MPs the salaries for 80 years.
As Capital reported, coal output is declining, while coal shortage is increasing.

Прокуратура, КРУ повинні перевірити законність фінансування окупованої території, навряд чи вони зможуть перевірити, як ці кошти були використані, та чи поставлене державі цими державними підприємствами вугілля в відповідній кількості. Що стосується політичної відповідальності, то вже є завдання до нової ВР, створюйте слідчу комісію.
Найем такой аналитик, оказывается, ха. Разобраться, конечно надо. Обязательно разобраться надо! Уходили ли вообще эти деньги из Киева. Они на войну и "террористов" теперь такоооое спишут, что превысит вообще весь бюджет украины за 100 лет. А может они и войну для этого затеяли? Известно ведь, что войну затевают те, кому бабки очень нужны, кто нажиться на ней хочет и списать все свои бредовые дела на войну. Колись, яцык, где деньжищи?
