FriendshipUkraine promises to insure American investments
A special program of political insurance of American investments will be implemented in the Ukrainian economy, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko told President of the USA Barack Obama at a session in Washington, according to the press service of the Ukrainian president.
Obama, in his turn, assured his Ukrainian counterpart that the USA will expand the assistance in the economic sector and in solving the problems in the security sector. “We will continue to mobilize efforts of the international community for supporting Ukraine,” according to the press service.
As Capital reported, the USA intends to allocate US $1 bn of the financial guarantees to Ukraine.
