The Security Service of Ukraine has forbidden 35 representatives of Russian mass media from entering the country for 3-5 years, announced Chairman of the the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine Yuriy Artemenko.

“We have received the information that 35 representatives of mass media were banned from entering the country. All these people are related to the media of Russia. Some of them were banned from entering for three years, some – for five, depending on their last names,” he said.

As a reminder, on August 28, the council announced the list of 49 representatives of Russian mass media, who should be banned from entering Ukraine by the Security Service.

Director General of Channel 1 Konstantin Ernst, TV presenter and CEO of Russia Today Dmitry Kiselyov, Director General of REN TV Irina Varlamova, journalists Sergey Dorenko, Vladimir Solovyov and also showman Ivan Okhlobystin are among them.
