EnergyUkraine is in a situation when it should purchase coal from Russia, DPR or LPR
Ukraine has to purchase coal from Russia or self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, announced Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuriy Prodan at a session of the Cabinet.
The situation was caused by the refusal of the Republic of South Africa to supply energy resource to Ukraine, according to Prodan.
In response to Prodan’s information, Premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to find the countries which will be able to supply coal to Ukraine.
