Head of the Republic of Crimea unrecognized by Kyiv Sergey Aksyonov said at a conference that Russia has signed a contract with Ukraine on the transit of electricity to Crimea.
The negotiations were held at the level of both governments, and the contract was signed on the evening of December 22, according to Aksyonov.
“When we receive the document, I will tell you more about the conditions,” he noted.
