Since 2009, the foreigners bought over 15,000 apartments in Poland, and 17% of those foreigners were Ukrainians, reported the Ukrainian service of Polskie Radio.
Only Germans are interested in the Polish real estate more than Ukrainians – their share amounts to 27%. The citizens of the UK took the third place (13%). Noteworthy, the British people were second for several years, but in 2013-2014 the Ukrainians changed the correlation.
The French, Italians and Russians people are next in the ranking. The share of Russians in the real estate transactions is 7%.
