Ukraine risks starting 2015 without the budget, Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Koshulynskiy told ForUm.
He believes that the draft of the budget has not been introduced to the parliament for the reason of the early parliamentary elections.
“This is a political decision. Overall, the budget will be extremely negative socially. The draft was not introduced to the parliament to get no political disadvantages. The participants of the election process really do not want to take responsibility,” he said.
Koshulynskiy believes that the budget 2015 cannot be drafted this year and the next year the country will be financed according to the budget schedule. “This is very bad as the decisions will be approved in manual mode,” he warned.
As Capital reported, the government has decided to not make the draft of the budget public.
