Now the company is actively working with Kyiv City Administration on the fulfillment of the schedules for paying the debt for heat by housing and utilities service providers and budget-funded organizations of the capital. I'd like to say that the debt of Kyivenergo to Naftogaz appeared due to debts of the state," she said.

Hriaznova said that UAH 288.3 million paid to Naftogaz Ukrainy was received from Kyiv City Administration as the compensation for the difference in the tariffs and around UAH 78 million as the payment of the debt for heat consumed by budget-funded organizations. Around UAH 12 million of own funds was debt to Naftogaz Ukrainy.

"According to the agreements signed, in the near term we expect that we'll receive another UAH 130 million for the difference in the tariffs and we plan to send it to Naftogaz," Hriaznova said.
