state registersOnline access to the register of real estate in Ukraine to work from January 1, 2015
The Ministry of Justice plans to provide online access of individuals and legal entities, who are not owners of property rights, to the information of the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate from January 1, 2015, and the electronic information will cost UAH 17 (US $1.03).
The information was promulgated by the representatives of the ministry at the roundtable on Opening of the Property Registers – Mechanism for the Implementation of Government Initiatives and during discussion of the government’s resolution prepared by the Ministry of Justice on the approval of the procedure of presentation of information for individuals and legal entities from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate in Kyiv on Friday.
“It has been prepared for ensuring trouble-free operation of the registrars, proper access to the property register and proper access of citizens and other persons to the requested information,” said Deputy Minister of Justice Ihor Alekseyev.
At that, he noted that opening of the access to the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, overall, increases the investment attractiveness of the country and improves the protection of the property rights of the owners.
